I’ll put the entire campaign in writing and work it relentlessly. I'll be there for you always, by cell phone and e-mail.

These are the basics, but there is a lot more, such as our attractive yard signage; secure electronic lock-boxes to protect your key but make showing easy; open houses; a free American Home Shield Warranty during the listing period; TV ads on the Carolina One Home Show (Comcast Channel 2); our affiliation with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, a global network of over 700 independent companies in 38 countries that does more real estate business than any franchise on Earth; our Carolina One offices, which are open and staffed seven days a week.

And I’ll create a web site, www.YourAddress.com, with additional information and pictures of your house linked back to the MLS. It will also include your detailed measurement drawings and Visual Tour.

To find out your house's market value . . .

Just send an e-mail to Gene@CarolinaOne.com with your address and other pertinent information like square footage, bedrooms and baths, special features, etc., and I will e-mail your Competitive Market Analysis right back to you. It will be based on comparable sold properties within 1/2 mile of your house from the past three to six months. It will include pictures, a map with all the comparables noted, and be very easy to understand. Please include your phone number in case I have any questions. You will be pleased!
