and other pertinent information like square footage, bedrooms and baths,
special features, etc., and I will e-mail your Competitive Market
Analysis right back to you. It will be based on comparable sold
properties within 1/2 mile of your house from the past three to six
months. It will include pictures, a map with all the comparables noted,
