To find out your house's market value . . .

Just send an e-mail to Gene@CarolinaOne.com with your address and other pertinent information like square footage, bedrooms and baths, special features, etc., and I will e-mail your Competitive Market Analysis right back to you. It will be based on comparable sold properties within 1/2 mile of your house from the past three to six months. It will include pictures, a map with all the comparables noted, and be very easy to understand. Please include your phone number in case I have any questions. You will be pleased!
